Acknowledging that setbacks are inherent in pursuing any endeavour, we must accept that failure is an undeniable aspect of striving for success. Upon grasping the concept that “Present me a person who has never failed, and I’ll show you someone who has never tried,” I came to understand that it’s not a moral transgression to experience failure. In reality, failure can have its benefits in certain contexts.
So, when someone has experienced only a handful of setbacks, my advice is: “Congratulations on that.” I commend your efforts in taking steps, no matter how small, to support yourself.
At the tender age of seven, this significant event transpired. Growing up wild in Africa’s unforgiving bush. The instant my parents learned about my desire to attend high school, they instinctively triggered their parental alarm system, swiftly deciding that this was a vital educational milestone for me. I was once sent to a boarding school overseas after being taken aboard an airplane. As I navigated the throngs of boys that encircled me, the stark reality was palpable: I felt imprisoned within these confines.
