As a key member of the team, your primary responsibility as an RPAS Technical Inspector will likely centre on assessing RPAS operational security environments, conducting oversight and inspections of authorized flights, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

For numerous appointments within the CAA, these roles necessitate access to operationally sensitive infrastructure and/or nationally classified information. Candidates for these roles must undergo Nationwide Safety Vetting to secure the requisite level of clearance.
To ensure thorough vetting, we typically assume a reasonable duration of residence within the UK to facilitate comprehensive background checks. For this position, candidates must have at least three years of experience.
