Xiaomi’s highly anticipated Mi Mix Fold has finally received a global launch date confirmation from CEO Lei Jun: the device will hit shelves worldwide later this month.

The new smartphone was introduced in July, with a rustic supervisor revealing just one week later that the foldable model is scheduled for a global launch. It is entirely possible that confirmation will come directly from the very pinnacle.

Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun announced on Weibo that the upcoming smartphone, Combine Flip, will launch globally starting from September. Although he didn’t specify a precise date, with limited time remaining in the month, it seems unlikely that we’ll need to wait more than a few days or at most a couple of weeks.

The publication is a response to a ballot that Lei Jun posted several days following the Combine’s launch. The results of the ballot have shown a resoundingly positive response, with nearly 80% of participants expressing enthusiasm at having the Combine Flip available in their neighborhood.

While details remain unclear, sources suggest the price tag may range from approximately €1,300 to $1,400 in Central and Eastern European markets. It appears that plans may have changed since then, as a regional supervisor restated their primary basis in July.
