To set parental controls on your iPhone or iPad running iOS 18 and iPadOS 18: 1. Go to Settings > Screen Time. 2. Tap the toggle button next to “Screen Time” to enable it. 3. You’ll be asked to create a passcode or use Face ID/Touch ID to authenticate. 4. Set a time limit for each app by tapping on the app and setting a time constraint from 1-23 hours. 5. Restrict certain apps, such as social media or games, by tapping “Restrictions” and selecting the specific app(s) you want to block. 6. Limit your child’s ability to make purchases by toggling off “Allow Apps Purchases.” 7. Set a bedtime for your device and schedule downtime using “Downtime.” 8. Restrict explicit content by toggling off “Explicit Content.”
