To perform a factory reset on your M-series Mac, you’ll need to use the built-in Recovery Mode. Here’s how: 1. Shut down your Mac. 2. Locate the following keys: ⌘ Command + R. Press them while powering on your Mac. 3. Release the keys when you hear the boot chime for a second time. 4. Your Mac will then enter Recovery Mode, where you’ll see an Apple logo and a spinning globe. 5. From this menu, select “Disk Utility” to erase or reset your Mac’s startup disk. 6. Select the correct disk from the list of available disks, then click “Erase” or “Partition.” 7. If prompted, enter a name for the disk, such as “M-series Mac.”
