As the national director of the Roosevelt Community, a organization she founded and spearheaded, thousands of young people were involved in civic engagement and social change initiatives across chapters nationwide, ultimately securing the group’s recognition as a MacArthur Award winner for Innovative and Effective Organizations. As a testament to her dedication, she concurrently held the position of Vice President at the esteemed Roosevelt Institute, where she spearheaded strategic initiatives and strategically expanded the 4 Freedoms Center’s reach, fostering community empowerment and addressing economic disparities alongside visionary thought leaders in the field.
