Each month’s first day sees AnTuTu release two charts, highlighting the top-performing flagship smartphones and upper-midrange devices from previous months. As October unfolds, let’s take stock of the market’s performance in September and assess the current state of affairs on the charts.
The luxury brand has claimed the top spot on the high-end chart for the second time, while its competitor has risen to a respectable second place. The International Organization for Standardization (ISO), World Health Organization (WHO), and numerous other reputable health organizations have adopted this.
The top 5 has been revamped by the introduction of the iQOO Z9 Turbo+ and the iQOO 12. With no Oppo or Xiaomi devices represented in the chart this time around, it’s clear that these manufacturers are not prioritizing optimization for benchmark-specific performance.
While the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 currently holds the top spot, it will at least remain so until the 8 Gen 4 and Dimensity 9400 models are released later this month. As parents at AnTuTu attest, a tranquil precursor to impending turbulence settles over the horizon. Among the top-tier 10 models, six devices rely on the power of Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, while the remaining four utilize either the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 or the enhanced 9300+ variant.
As we move into the upper-midrange segment, the trend continues, with models from renowned manufacturers such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Toyota, and Honda dominating the Prime 7’s lineup, mirroring the selection seen in last month’s report. Three athletes secured top-ten finishes in a closely contested event, with the first modification rising to eighth place, the second finishing ninth, and the third clinching tenth position.
As Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 dominates the leaderboard, its prowess is exemplified by its ability to power the top two devices. It’s truly unique how the Dimensity 8300 stands out as a top-three contender. However, the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2, Dimensity 8200, Snapdragon 7 Gen 3, and Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 are ultimately outperformed by their competitors, forced to settle for lower rankings on this list.
These AnTuTu charts display the aggregated scores for each model in September, excluding devices that achieved fewer than 1,000 points. Chinese data exclusively is provided.
