The long-standing mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) appears to have severed ties with T-Mobile and instead opted for a partnership with AT&T.

Last month, Lyca Cellular concluded its court battle with the unknown opponent, but this settlement is leading to a significant transformation for its customers. The authorized combat date traces its origins back to 2022, at which time. The company acknowledges having mistakenly underestimated its revenue for 2021, failing to account for a small number of Lyca Cellular’s subscribers in their billing records.

Accordingly, the company contended that it had undervalued its services to Lyca Cellular. The court filing states that Lycamobile may have had knowledge or discovered that invoices understated subscriber data usage, based on available information and perception.
