How can I repair this and add two new partitions that I can use to twin boot linux distros. (I do not need assistance with linux set up, no less than not but, simply fixing my partition map)
Utilizing Disk Utility I attempted so as to add 2 new partitions to my 3TB drive in order that I can later twin boot with Linux. I didn’t get that far as a result of disk utility did not create the brand new partitions. I can nonetheless boot into macOS 10.15.7 usually (which is sweet). I booted into community restoration mode to attempt to create the partition once more, however now I see that my disk is in a nasty state. The disk utility UI appears to suppose I’ve a further almost 3TB of free house, and if I attempt to take away it, it says my whole house is 6Tb (and naturally it fails to replace the partition).
