A purported unboxing video of the M4 MacBook Pro surfaced on YouTube over the weekend. Apple’s upcoming MacBook is poised to deliver remarkable performance boosts, as hinted at by the recent hands-on demos.

The latest video leak reveals the M4 MacBook Pro’s specifications, which boast a powerful 10-core CPU, paired with 16GB of RAM, while maintaining its signature design with a subtle color tweak.

The sticker on the back of the machine’s field confirms that it is equipped with a 10-core CPU and a 10-core GPU. The new Pro laptop from Apple will come equipped with a standard 16GB of RAM. The laptop computer will reportedly feature three Thunderbolt 4 ports, differing from the bottom-of-the-line M3 model.

Apple might reportedly debut an M4-equipped MacBook Pro in the exclusive House Black color, previously reserved for its M3 Professional variants. The device comes with a colour-coordinated black USB-C cable, while retaining its traditional white power adapter.

The M4 MacBook Pro might significantly boost performance by as much as 25%.

After unboxing, the YouTuber subjected the M1 Pro MacBook Pro to a Geekbench test. The results show a significant difference between the single-core and multi-core benchmarks, with scores of 3,864 and 15,288 respectively. This represents a significant 25% efficiency boost over the M3-equipped MacBook Pro. The device achieves scores of approximately 3,800 and 15,200 in Geekbench’s single-core and multi-core tests, respectively.

The efficiency gain likely stems from a harmonious blend of optimized delivery, additional CPU cores, enhanced clock velocity, and architectural advancements.

The mystery surrounding a Russian YouTuber’s alleged early access to the unreleased M4 MacBook Pro remains unsolved. Despite these concerns, the YouTuber is likely to face pressure to remove the video promptly, so ensure you review it beforehand.
