Prior to joining Aisera, Maheshwari served as Chief Accounting Officer at , where he played a crucial role in driving revenue growth and navigating the company’s successful 2019 initial public offering (IPO). As Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), Maheshwari oversaw the financial enterprise unit, mergers and acquisitions, treasury, and tax operations at Logitech, leveraging his expertise to drive strategic growth and efficiency.

Aisera executed several key personnel moves, including appointing Amit Pandey to its board of directors as government chair, naming Dejan Deklich as Chief Innovation Officer, and welcoming Ben Lu as Chief Financial Officer.

Introduced a strategic move by appointing Vasu Murthy as its senior vice chairman and chief product officer. Murthy is a seasoned veteran in the enterprise software program industry, boasting over 25 years of experience.

As a key addition to Cohesity, Murthy arrived from Rubrik, where he served as Vice Chairman of Merchandise, overseeing critical responsibilities including the company’s core products, platforms, and strategic partnerships. Before joining Rubrik, Murthy served as Vice Chairman of Merchandise for Oracle’s analytics platform.

With over two decades of experience, Dunn has distinguished himself as a seasoned founder, investor, and government within the information technology sector, having held CEO positions at Bang Networks and Powerfile, invested in Synadia, Cerebra Technologies, and AlgoLift, and served as COO of Cloudera from 2011 to 2015.

Occasion Retailer has further solidified its leadership team with the appointment of David Wang as Vice Chairman of Engineering. After nearly three decades in his career, including stints at esteemed companies such as, , Cloudera, Rubrik, and, Wang joined the San Francisco firm. At Cloudera, he was one of the first managers to oversee a wide range of storage groups, encompassing HDFS, HBase, Kudu, Kafka, and more.

John E. Hytten, a retired naval officer from America’s Air Force, has joined the board of directors for C3, a leading enterprise AI platform company. Hilton served for 40 years with distinction in the US Air Force, including as Commander of the Air Force Space Command, Commander of US Strategic Command, and Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

In 2022, Hyten became a member of the corporation’s advisory board, concurrently serving as a special advisor to Thomas Siebel, CEO and chairman of C3. Says Siebel, he endorsed Hyten’s appointment to the board of directors due to his “keen insight into the imperative of AI-driven modernization in the defense industry,” coupled with his experience working with federal agencies – a crucial customer segment for C3. The corporation currently counts the United States Air Force (USAF) among its valued clients.
