While revamping a live-service multiplayer game can be daunting, considering alternative approaches might make the task more appealing, with potential solutions to enhance player experience and satisfaction. Why did Harmony’s release strategy involve a less-than-ideal combination of a delayed discharge date, a premium price tag, and an unengaging marketing push? What if we had never seen Harmony flourish in a world where Sony and Firewalk never collaborated? The question inevitably arises: would the game have ever been released at all?
