As the Head of Enterprise Insights for Cisco Networking Academy, I am responsible for designing a robust framework to assess the impact of this program. This framework transcends mere enrollment tracking, income classification, and certification accrual; its true focus lies in grasping the intricacies of global student interaction, empowerment, and elevation.
Affect begins with engagement. Assembling college students from their diverse communities – whether located in rural institutions across Africa and India, vocational training centers in Latin America, neighborhood schools in the USA, or wherever our unbiased learners call home? Cisco’s partnerships with indigenous educators, non-profit organizations, and government agencies craft a bespoke approach that fills the gap between learners and learning opportunities.
Demonstrates that meaningful student engagement is most effectively fostered through a combination of hands-on learning opportunities, high-impact educational interactions, and readily accessible resource networks tailored to specific needs and circumstances. Through collaborations with our global partners, college students gain access to top-notch Networking Academy programs, carefully crafted by experts worldwide and brought directly to their local communities. This initiative fosters a deeper connection between institutions and their native student body, transforming mere membership into meaningful participation and comprehensive support.
It’s insufficient simply to engage college students; instead, we must equip them with the skills necessary to meet the demands of the real world.
