Don’t bank on a revolutionary iPhone 16 redesign.

The highly anticipated Apple event is likely just a few days away. On Monday Sept. Are developers eagerly awaiting the unveiling of Apple’s latest iPhone designs? Despite the plethora of rumors, stories, and leaks suggesting a drastically distinct iPhone, do not rely solely on these predictions for your expectations.

While there may not be a drastic change in design, the iPhone 16 could still introduce some physical alterations that would ultimately prove highly beneficial. The latest iPhone 16 Pro models will introduce a Motion button to the standard model, accompanied by larger screens.

While claims about these stories exist, none have been officially substantiated or validated by Apple.

The iPhone’s design has undergone limited changes in recent years, with the notable exceptions being its titanium build and the introduction of color-infused glass on the iPhone 15. Starting in 2022, Apple removed the traditional SIM card slot from its new iPhones sold in the US, a shift that necessitates reliance on digital SIMs for new customers. In a pivotal design shift in 2020, Apple revolutionized the iPhone’s aesthetic by introducing flat-edged designs, commencing with the.

Vital design tweaks may lie in store for next year’s iPhone, potentially unlocking new possibilities for Apple’s flagship device. Apple is said to be planning an AR/VR headset for release in 2025, according to a report citing analyst Jeff Pu. Reports indicate that Apple may be working on a slimmer iPhone, potentially launching next year following the debut of their recent design refresh earlier this year.

We’re expecting significant advancements with the release of the iPhone 16.

iPhone 16’s camera bump could undergo a radical redesign.

Will Apple potentially revamp the camera capabilities on both the iPhone 16 and 16 Plus models? The cameras are expected to be arranged vertically on each device, mirroring the design employed in the iPhone 12 series.

According to Australian tech commentator Trevor Lengthy, he has reportedly acquired a prototype of the iPhone 16, as revealed by his blog, EFTM. Here is the rewritten text:

These dummy models are not exact replicas of iPhones; rather, they serve as design aids for case manufacturers to gauge the size and proportions of new phones before their official release. A purported iPhone 16 dummy showcased in a recent video by Lengthy features vertically aligned camera arrays similar to those previously discussed in a MacRumors article, corroborating earlier rumors.

A tech blogger who previously disclosed details about upcoming iPhones has now shared images of allegedly real iPhone dummy models, aligning with recent rumors and leaks. In this photograph, the phone designs on display feature camera arrays with a unique vertical configuration.

What motivated Apple to alter the camera placement on the iPhone 16 and 16 Plus, rendering their functionality less intuitive? According to sources, the iPhone 16 Professional and Professional Max are expected to retain the same camera bump design, as claimed by, which has allegedly acquired design renderings for both devices.

With the release of the iPhone 13, Apple transitioned from a traditional vertical architecture to a more innovative diagonal design, allowing for greater integration and optimization of internal components, as reported. While it’s possible that future camera designs may not necessarily mirror the iPhone 16’s sensor configuration, such speculation remains purely hypothetical at this early stage.

While rumors swirl about future iPhones, one persistent speculation suggests that Apple may revisit its design approach by incorporating additional physical buttons onto the device’s surface.

Reports suggest that the upcoming iPhone 16 will feature a dedicated camera button, although its availability remains uncertain, potentially restricted to only the Professional models. This button enables quick and precise autofocus activation with a light touch, much like a professional DSLR camera. A recent report hints that the dedicated camera button may soon become a standard feature on all new iPhones, seamlessly integrating with popular image editing apps.

Simultaneously, Apple is expected to upgrade the Force Touch functionality to all iPhone 16 models, according to Bloomberg’s report. Each button can be capacitive, aligning with the motion-sensitive button that serves as a shortcut to launch the camera or enable Do Not Disturb among other functions; this feature is currently exclusive to the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max models. This year, alongside extending the Motion button to the standard iPhone, I am also anticipating Apple broadens its capabilities. As my colleague Patrick Holland, the versatility to initiate distinct actions with a sequence of presses could unleash a plethora of possibilities.

iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max

The iPhone Pro’s display dimensions have remained stagnant for years, but a sudden shift is imminent. According to reports from a renowned analyst, along with Display Supply Chain Consultants’ CEO, both the iPhone 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max models are expected to feature larger screens.

The iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max currently measure 6.1 and 6.7 inches, respectively. If reports from Younger and MacRumors prove accurate, the Professional’s screen size may actually measure between 6.2 and 6.3 inches, with the Max potentially boasting a slightly larger display of around 6.8 to 6.9 inches.

According to a post from renowned leaker Sonny Dickson, the rumors surrounding these details have been substantiated. The two fashion designs featured labels indicating 6.3- and 6.9-inch screens, suggesting the possibility that Apple may upgrade its Pro-level iPhones with larger display sizes.

While that jump from 6.1 to 6.3 inches may not seem substantial at first glance? In a device as diminutive as a cellphone, the slightest variation – measured in mere fractions of an inch – can prove profoundly impactful.

A purportedly leaked image allegedly reveals a comparison between the dimensions of the upcoming iPhone 16 Pro Max and its predecessor, the iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Daniel Rotar, creator of a popular tech YouTube channel, has shared a comparison between the rumored dummy unit of the iPhone 16 Pro Max and last year’s Pro Max model. Based solely on the image, the forthcoming iPhone 16 Pro Max may appear to be marginally taller than its antecedent model.

A purported leak from anonymous source, known for sharing unverified information about upcoming Samsung devices, claims that the iPhone 16 Pro Max may feature an even slimmer bezel design? This design would free up more space on the phone’s entrance, allowing for a larger display.

Since Apple’s introduction of the 6.7-inch iPhone 12 Pro Max in 2020, replacing the 6.5-inch iPhone 11 Pro Max, the company has not updated the display size of its Professional Max iPhone model. The professional-grade mannequin also received a notable size boost this year, expanding to 6.1 inches, compared to the 5.8-inch display of its predecessor, the iPhone 11 Pro.

iPhone 16 potential colours

If rumors prove accurate, Apple may introduce additional hue options at retailers for the iPhone 16 Pro. The upcoming iPhone 16 Professional and Professional Max models may be released in four color options: space gray, gold, silver, and midnight green, according to a recent leak on China’s popular social media platform Weibo. Notable leaker, aliasing as, re-posts the rumor on platform X. The Professional’s sleek design may soon get an upgrade, as whispers suggest the iconic blue hue might give way to a fresh new look: rose gold. This tantalizing prospect could become a reality this year, further solidifying the device’s status as a style icon in the world of technology. While the new iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max models boast a range of colour options, including pure titanium, blue titanium, white titanium, and black titanium, these hues may diverge from those available for their predecessors.

The most popular iPhones are available in a range of colors, including pink, black, white, green, and blue, according to manufacturers.

The highly anticipated iPhone 16 and 16 Pro appear poised to offer a subtle yet significant enhancement over their predecessor, the iPhone 15.

To gauge expectations for the iPhone 16, let’s examine potential upgrades and innovations in several key areas.
