The Energy Up/On Sequence
DJI, a leading innovator in the drone industry, has successfully produced numerous models over the years, solidifying its reputation as a trusted manufacturer of high-quality unmanned aerial vehicles. Many users experience difficulties with the power-on/off process for their DJI drone due to the complex sequence required. Apple’s iPhone 3 was a major improvement over its predecessor, but it still had some drawbacks.
If you own a DJI RC 2, simply power it on or off by simultaneously pressing the power button on both the controller and your device while using the DJI Fly app.
This sequence can be particularly beneficial once more. The Air 3 will seamlessly activate and deploy its aerial capabilities in any given sequence.
Powering up your DJI RC 2?
Upon startup, the DJI splash screen will briefly appear.
When the Remote Control (RC) 2 activates, a gentle, rising auditory cue will sound, signaling that the controller is booting up.
Within approximately 10-20 seconds, you will have arrived at the DJI Fly home screen, poised to connect and begin flying your drone.
Powering on the DJI RC-N2
Like with the RC 2,
When first activated, the ability button illuminates with inexperienced LED lights, displaying the battery’s cost in real-time. The distant controller springs to life when the second button is pressed and held down.
Upon power-up of the RC-N2, a distinct and gradually rising audible tone signals the controller’s activation, mirroring the familiar experience with DJI RC 2.
When paired with an RC-N2 controller, most telephones instantly activate their displays upon controller power-on. When certain Android devices are paired with a compatible drone controller, they prompt users to open the DJI Fly app, taking their aerial experience to the next level. You will be able to select and launch the DJI Fly app immediately upon introduction of this option.
Powering on the Air 3
While this can’t be overlooked, it’s crucial that the Air 3 digital camera meets certain standards. If repeated neglect of this step occurs, the gimbal may eventually succumb to overload, fail, and ultimately break due to the self-testing performed by the gimbal.
Behind the Airbus A320. Similar to the 2 Distant Controller configurations, the Air 3’s LEDs illuminate, indicating the remaining battery power when pressed.
The motors will regulate accordingly, accompanied by a distinct audible tone, following which the gimbal will automatically perform a self-diagnostic test.
Launch the DJI Fly app, and if you’re using an RC-N2, note that the app did not automatically start when the controller powered on, as mentioned previously.
