COVAL SAS, a specialist in designing, producing, and marketing vacuum components and solutions, introduces its latest innovation, the MPXS micro vacuum pump. The French-based company crafted a pioneering pump design that features pilot-controlled operation, an ultra-compact form factor, and advanced communication capabilities for seamless performance. 

The newly introduced MPXS sequence from COVAL aims to provide manufacturers with a sustainable solution for processing non-porous materials at high speeds on robotics or automated systems. The device adheres to the design principles of Coval’s innovative vacuum pumps, characterized by their emphasis on energy efficiency, high performance, and seamless communication interfaces.

The company claims its MPXS is the most compact vacuum pump ever designed, measuring just 12.5 mm (0.4 in.) wide and weighing only 87 g (3 oz.). This measurement enables precise placement within close proximity to suction cups or in confined spaces, facilitating rapid pickup times without compromising load capacity, thereby ensuring exceptional speeds.

MPXS micro vacuum pumps boast innovative air-saving management (ASC) technology. COVAL cleverly controls vacuum levels, achieving a remarkable 90% reduction in energy expenditure and eliminating unnecessary airflow once the desired pressure is reached.
