The Ladies’ Cloud Computing Collective strives to inspire and unite women, fostering a dynamic community where they can explore and excel in the field of cloud computing while receiving encouragement and camaraderie. Recently, our team had the honour of collaborating with 12 female leaders from 10 countries in Latin America to host two successful AWSome Girls Group Summits, connecting more than 800 women in the tech industry. Despite the progress made, additional efforts are still required; yet, initiatives such as this one exemplify the power of collective action in cultivating a technologically inclusive and diverse environment.
