A class-action lawsuit alleged that Apple’s Siri technology was secretly recording users’ conversations after being accidentally triggered. Subsequently, these conversations were shared with third parties and advertisers.

The plaintiffs claimed to have received exclusive benefits, including Air Jordan sneakers, premium dining experiences at the Olive Backyard, and specialized surgical treatment, allegedly discussed privately with a medical professional.

The category interval spans September 17, 2014, to December 31, 2024, coinciding with Siri’s integration within the Apple ecosystem throughout its entire tenure.
