What’s new in macOS Monterey?
The iPhone Mirroring app initially provided a single measurement primarily intended for previewing your mirrored iPhone display. Presently, customers have a choice of three distinct size options.

While you won’t have the ability to freely resize iPhone mirroring to any measurement you desire, you do have access to three options that provide slightly more flexibility than before.
To adjust the size of iPhone mirroring, navigate to the View menu located in the Menu Bar while the app remains active. You will see all three size options available there.
