You should modify your password and ensure that the saved model is updated accordingly. Notably, changing the password stored within the Passwords app does not affect the password used for login. The Passwords app serves as a secure digital repository, safeguarding sensitive information while being an auxiliary storage rather than the primary source itself. You must ensure that the input matches the password that authenticates your login.

To add a password to Apple’s Passwords app on your iPhone or iPad:
