Embracing new experiences and sharing joyful moments with loved ones was a compelling reason to seize the day and celebrate together. As I embarked on a 10-mile run alongside my family members, rediscovered the thrill of judo sessions with my sons, and even indulged in whale watching excursions together in Quebec, this year has been a testament to embracing life’s adventures wholeheartedly? Life’s most profound moments often arise from surrendering to the present moment.

These personal escapades have been harmoniously complemented by a similarly fulfilling professional journey. I’m excited to contribute to a groundbreaking initiative – designing the Cisco 360 Partner Program – a comprehensive solution crafted with a single-minded focus: empowering you, our valued partners, to grow your business, deliver greater value to your customers, and flourish in today’s dynamic market?

Our initiative began by prioritizing transparency: crafting a program centered on putting your aspirations at its core. In March 2024, below the steerage of Rodney Clark, Cisco’s Senior Vice President, Partnerships and Small & Medium Enterprise, we started shaping a program that not solely displays Cisco’s dedication to innovation but in addition allows your continued success.

Our work was organized into five agile sprints, carefully synchronizing critical milestones with notable Cisco events such as our fiscal year-end, annual global sales experience (GSX), and Premier Partner Summit. It’s a starting point—a deliberately crafted foundation, where lessons are learned and a commitment to continuous growth is fostered. The work remains far from complete.
