UPDATE
Apple expands its suite of tools to help businesses connect with customers.
With Apple Enterprise Join, companies of all sizes, regardless of their physical presence, can craft an offering that resonates with over one billion Apple customers.
For the first time, businesses of all sizes worldwide – including those without a physical storefront – can reach more than one billion Apple customers through their App Store presence. Verified enterprises can now establish a consistent model and presence across the apps their customers use daily, including Apple’s Maps, Wallet, and Mail.
Apple’s senior director of Web Software program and Companies Product, David Dorn, emphasized the company’s enthusiasm for providing companies, including those without a physical presence, with the capability to create a consistent brand identity across over one billion daily Apple app users. “We designed Enterprise Hub to empower companies to deliver the precise, most accurate data to Apple customers.” With immediate’s latest updates, we’re empowering a significantly greater number of businesses to secure new clients, establish credibility, and thrive.
Over the past year, businesses have had the ability to leverage Enterprise Join, allowing them to seamlessly integrate and update images and logos; extend invitations to customers to take immediate actions such as ordering food or making reservations directly from their business cards; and offer targeted promotions to clients.
Enterprises, including those offering services or functions entirely online without a physical presence, can now register with Business Connect to establish a visual brand identity, facilitating connections with customers and fostering trust.
Through innovative features within Enterprise Join, businesses can now showcase their brand identity across the Mail and Phone apps, while also tailoring their appearance in Apple’s Tap to Pay on iPhone experience.
With Branded Mail, companies can showcase their brand identity and model in emails to clients, making them instantly recognizable within the Mail app and setting them apart from others. Companies can seamlessly join Branded Mail, with their brand beginning to appear in front of clients within the next twelve months.
With the updated Faucet to Pay feature on iPhone, companies can opt to display their brand logo instead of a generic class icon when receiving payments, providing customers with a sense of assurance that they’re making a payment to a reputable and verified business.
In the next 12 months, businesses will also have the opportunity to register for Enterprise Caller ID. When clients interact with their team via the inbound name display screen, their identify, brand, and division are prominently showcased, instantly distinguishing verified companies from spam callers and other unwanted solicitations.
Householders of digital, online, and repair businesses can leverage their existing Apple account or establish a new one to sign up for Business Essentials through the self-service website, accessible from any mobile device, tablet, desktop, or laptop computer. As soon as an enterprise signs up, they begin customizing their model at no additional cost. Companies often manage their multi-location presence efficiently by partnering with scalable solutions providers such as DAC Group, Rio SEO, SOCi, Uberall, and Yext.
