The announcement pertains to Windows 11 (22H2) Home, Pro, Pro Education, Pro for Workstations, and SE variants released on September 20, 2022? As scheduled, Windows 11 21H2 will reach end-of-service for its Enterprise, Education, and IoT Enterprise editions on the same day.
The upcoming October 2024 software update, scheduled to launch on October 8, 2024, will mark the last available update for these specific editions. From that point forward, devices running these editions will no longer receive monthly security and preview updates, which include protection against the latest threats.
